REFUND POLICY

Thank you for purchasing our challenge plans at Karamouzi Africa Interbank Solutions (KAIS).
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Request must be made within 14 days of purchase
- No trades have been placed on the account
- Account has not been breached
2. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following are NOT eligible for refunds:
- Accounts where trading activity has occurred
- Accounts that have been breached
- Requests made after 14 days from purchase
- Add-on purchases after initial evaluation
- Successfully passed accounts
3. REFUND PROCESS
To request a refund:
1. Contact our support team at support@propsuite.com
2. Provide your order number and account details
3. State the reason for your refund request
4. Allow up to 7 business days for processing
4. REFUND METHOD
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
5. PARTIAL REFUNDS
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Products with obvious signs of use
- Special circumstances as determined by management
